Buffet: The resort, actually a casino, makes its money on gaming, therefore, you'd expect auxillary services to be top notch. Not so! In fact, my experience turned out to be the staff vs. the patron. The problem? It wasn't the glass refill that was not forthcoming, or the requirement that guests needed to located a server, or the redirection of such a simple request to the kitchen chef--someone not having a damn thing to do with table service--or the new cranky guest placed next to your table even though the section was, otherwise, all but empty.
